- 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
- ½ cup Powdered sugar Adjust for sweetness
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract Pure vanilla = dreamy
- 1 ½ cups Whipped cream Homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries Diced small
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs Or crushed biscuits
- 2 tbsp Melted butter To mix with crumbs
Make the Cookie Base:Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it feels like wet sand. Spoon a little into the bottom of each dessert cup and press it down gently. Whip Up the Cheesecake Layer:In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep it airy. Assemble the Cups:Spoon or pipe a layer of cheesecake filling over the crust, sprinkle some diced strawberries, and repeat if your cups are tall enough. Finish with a little swirl of cream on top! Chill to Set:Pop the cups into the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up and get extra dreamy before serving.

Don’t overmix the cream cheese — we want it fluffy, not runny!
-
Use super ripe strawberries for the best, natural sweetness.
-
Wanna be extra? Add a drizzle of melted white chocolate on top before serving!
