Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Hand mixer or whisk
  • Spatula
  • 6 mini dessert cups or small jars

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar Adjust for sweetness
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Pure vanilla = dreamy
  • 1 ½ cups Whipped cream Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Diced small
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs Or crushed biscuits
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter To mix with crumbs

Instructions

  • Make the Cookie Base:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it feels like wet sand. Spoon a little into the bottom of each dessert cup and press it down gently.
  • Whip Up the Cheesecake Layer:
In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep it airy.
  • Assemble the Cups:
Spoon or pipe a layer of cheesecake filling over the crust, sprinkle some diced strawberries, and repeat if your cups are tall enough. Finish with a little swirl of cream on top!
  • Chill to Set:
Pop the cups into the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up and get extra dreamy before serving.

Notes

  • Don’t overmix the cream cheese — we want it fluffy, not runny!
  • Use super ripe strawberries for the best, natural sweetness.
  • Wanna be extra? Add a drizzle of melted white chocolate on top before serving!
