Equipment

  • Cute glass or tumbler
  • Spoon or metal straw for stirring, if we’re going full Pinterest
  • Measuring cup or eyeball it like a queen

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chai concentrate  homemade or store-bought, no judgment
  • 1/2 cup milk  I used oat milk because I’m that girl
  • Ice  like… a lot
  • 1–2 tsp sweetener  maple syrup is elite, but honey works too
  • Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg on top if you’re feelin’ extra

Instructions

  • Grab a cute glass
Because vibes matter. Fill it with ice — and I mean fill it. We want it cold-cold.
  • Pour in that chai
Half a cup of your fave chai concentrate. If you’re doing homemade, I’m proud of you. If not, I love the ones from Tazo or Trader Joe’s.
  • Milk time
Top it off with whatever milk makes your heart happy. I used oat, but almond, whole, or coconut? Go wild.
  • Sweeten your soul
Add your maple syrup or honey and give it a good stir. Taste and adjust — no pressure.
  • Sprinkle a lil’ spice
Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg on top just for aesthetic energy. Totally optional, but it does make it feel café-level.
  • Sip and feel something
That first icy sip will slap you in the best way. Like, “Whoa, I made this?!” Yes girl, yes you did.

Notes

  • You can make your own chai concentrate, but store-bought is totally valid.
  • Maple syrup adds cozy sweetness without being clingy.
  • Frothing the milk = bonus points for café vibes.
  • Chill your chai concentrate ahead if you want an extra cold sip.
  • No chai? No cry. Brew a strong black tea and spice it yourself — it’ll still slap.
