Air Fryer Steak Bites Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Optional Decorations

  • Lemon wedges for a zesty touch
  • Drizzle of balsamic glaze for fancy vibes

Instructions

Prep the Steak

  • Pat the steak cubes dry — seriously, moisture is the enemy of crispiness. Toss them in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure each piece is coated evenly. I may have done a little happy dance at this point because the kitchen already smelled unreal.

Preheat Your Air Fryer

  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes. Preheating is key for that golden, crispy exterior.

Cook the Steak Bites

  • Place the seasoned steak in the basket in a single layer — don’t overcrowd or we lose crispiness. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through. Peek at them and admire those gorgeous edges. Juicy, tender, and just begging to be eaten.

Garnish & Serve

  • Transfer steak bites to a serving dish. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, squeeze a lemon wedge if you’re feeling fancy, and maybe drizzle some balsamic glaze if you want to go full chef mode.

Notes

  • Use sirloin or ribeye for the best juicy bites, but any tender cut works.
  • Don’t skip patting the steak dry — it makes the edges crispier.
  • Serve with dipping sauces (garlic butter, chimichurri, or spicy mayo) for extra flavor.
  • Make it your own: toss in fresh herbs, a squeeze of lemon, or a sprinkle of parmesan right before serving.
